As owner of Plan-B, building SIEM/MDR, AI automation, integrations, architecture, developers, and partner-led delivery; in parallel served as CTO for PlaySmart and Sarig Electric.

Designed, architected, and led development of cloud and on-prem SIEM/MDR capabilities.

Problem
The web server and environment needed infrastructure modernization, local hosting, security redesign, and version upgrades.
Role
Led migration from AWS to Cellcom's Israeli data center and upgraded operating systems, WordPress, and security design.

Moved the environment onto a redesigned and upgraded infrastructure foundation.

The CRM was built on a 20-year-old Visual Basic 6 foundation.

Led upgrade to a new C#-based CRM.

Only about half of sales calls were being reviewed manually for QA.
Role
Developed an AI system that analyzes successful sales calls, detects anomalies, and returns full reports.

Problem
The group needed a business continuity and disaster recovery design across Israel and Belgium.
Role
Designed the DR architecture, selected vendors, and led implementation through internal teams and partners.

Delivered a working DR setup and saved hundreds of thousands of euros by using a mobile data center at Liège Airport.
