Led technology organizations and project teams across Challenge Group, Check Point, and Logic Industries.

• At Challenge Group, led seven pillars serving growth and revenue: BI, ERP, system, helpdesk, development and DevOps, network, and security.
• At Check Point, managed the production IT environment, including budget, implementation, DBA, and corporate systems work.
• At Logic Industries, built and led IT, security, and network teams for a multi-year disaster recovery project, eventually leading 60 people under five managers.

Introduced collaboration, workflow, monitoring, and custom application platforms that improved operational performance.

• Integrated Monday.com at Challenge Group and developed custom interfaces and business applications for airline, warehouse, HR, and cargo workflows.
• Delivered online booking, Horse-inn customer booking, HR, warehouse, aircraft load and balance, storage, and network infrastructure improvements.
• At Check Point, implemented open-source network and workflow monitoring and designed a new compilation environment that reduced compile time from 14 hours to less than 4.

Managed and customized ERP systems, mostly Priority ERP, for complex finance, warehouse, sales, logistics, and airline operations.

• As Challenge Group CIO, managed three ERP systems for six companies, including three airlines.
• Built and managed an ERP development team supporting airline, finance, warehouse, sales, logistics, and operational workflows.
• Managed an end-to-end ERP implementation in 2011, from needs collection through characterization and implementation.

Designed and implemented six data centers, including on-prem business continuity and disaster recovery environments.

• In 2023, set up two new on-prem data centers for Challenge Group in Israel and Belgium, including an LGG airport containerized data center.
• At Check Point, designed and implemented three data center server rooms in a new building and reorganized older rooms with network and system teams.
• At Logic Industries, helped design and implement a major EMEA disaster recovery data center for the Abu Dhabi government, including runbooks, BOC, BOM, and hands-on team management.

Led BI, automation, and security programs across enterprise and high-risk technology environments.

• At Challenge Group, managed BI needs and implemented the first AI and automation system.
• Managed and upgraded the security infrastructure portfolio at Challenge Group, including CISO and network security team leadership.
• At Check Point, worked with the CISO and security department on cyber resilience for compilation environments, R&D labs, and malware lab operations.
• Started hands-on security work as a penetration tester for Credit Suisse in Luxembourg and Switzerland.
