Built the group IT organization after the airline merger, growing from 4 people to about 30 across Israel, Belgium, Malta, and the United States.

- Moved the environment onto a redesigned and upgraded infrastructure foundation.

- Only about half of sales calls were being reviewed manually for QA.
- Role
- Developed an AI system that analyzes successful sales calls, detects anomalies, and returns full reports.

- Built and led IT, ERP development, ERP implementation, BI, network, security, and operational technology teams.

- Grew the team from 4 people to about 30, hiring each team member and four managers to run operations.

- Designed the DR architecture, selected vendors, and led implementation through internal teams and partners.

- Delivered a working DR setup and saved hundreds of thousands of euros by using a mobile data center at Liège Airport.

- Challenge Handling operated five large hangars and needed faster, guided warehouse operations.
